layout for Magic

We are in need of a default layout if you think u have enough skills to design one here is the requirements.  

The layout should feature an area where the following is constantly visible: User avatar, health/Magic/stamina bars, a element spot and travel-widget (for quick travelling).

After that i'll try making a map too to go with the layout.

we can open but not much will be there seeing that naga and feldy are woriking on the database.pluss we dont have a layout the last ting feldy say he has a fail c2 layout hes going to use
